Auntie Peggy and her friend Mrs. Casey came up to visit too! Dad is very lucky to have so many visitors.
Dad's friends Dave and Mike came in to add some cheer too.
Megan and Brian were nice enough to let us park at their house and Megan drove us back to the hospital so we could visit with Dad longer. We are truly blessed to have such a large caring extended family!
All in all we were ready for tomorrow which was suppose to be the big day. His blood count came back normal so that was great and everything else was in place ready to go. It wasn't until after we left that Dad called to let us know that there were two critical people who were put into the OR spots. He said at least he isn't someone who can't wait another day. So we wait until Thursday :(
Bummer! On the positive side,Thursday gives him one more day to enjoy visitors! Love those pictures of Mike and Maryann with the children. Blessings on you all. Love, Vi
